Land Snorkeling for Fossils in Canada

P1020136This is a photo of a creek running out to lake Huron in DeTour Michigan the most eastern point of northern michigan on the border of Ontario canada. I have a cabin up here and spent my summers growing up here. The glaciers formed beautiful rocky points with sandy beaches. You find all sorts of fossils in the rocks. I still spend many hours searching for the coolest rock when I'm up there.- Lori Feldpausch
